Validity and extension

The validity period of the coupon is 2 years from the day of its purchase. Valid gift coupons can be extended for an additional period of 6 months. A 10% fee of the value of the coupon is charged for the extension. To extend the validity of the coupon please contact us via email sarune@agentrna.com. If the gift coupon is not used within the validity period or within the extended validity period it cannot not be refunded.
